ORDERS
The orders can be done to Maison TASSET sprl from our Website, by email or mail. The products will be delivered at the delivery address communicated by our Customer. We received a detail of all the articles being delivered and shipped on the order, except for those which will not be available on the order reception day. Those will be delivered later as soon as the products come into our stock.

PRICES, TERMS OF PAYMENT
The products are provided to the prices displayed on our Internet site at the date of the order reception. The products are displayed including all taxes, departure warehouse. The delivery costs are added the product price. Before having your ordering process completed, delivery cost are automatically calculated based on the product weigh and your address. We reserve ourselves the right to modify them without notice our price list (due to mistake). In this case the customer will be immediately informed.

ENTHUSIASTIC OR MONEY BACK
You have a 7 days deadline after reception of your parcel to change opinion. If the article is not appropriate to you, you can return it and ask its exchange or for its refunding. Softwares that are not plastic sealed anymore ( Considered as installed ) or consumable products witch have been played ( like strings and reeds ) will not be accepted in return.

SECURITY
Our Internet site offers you a professional payment interface. All transactions are guaranteed and secured as well in safety measures as in confidentiality.

ARTICLE RETURN
To carry out article return: Contact us immediately and we will communicate you a Return Number, then return us the product, in its original package, with invoice and documentations, and address it to: Maison TASSET sprl- 31b Boulevard Piercot B-4000 LIEGE. The transport charges return are taken in charge by the customer. The articles must be send back by prior. For invoices paied by credit card, an amount equal to the bank charges (1 %) will be also deduced. If one of our Products is sent back by the customer for control, and happens to be in operating condition correct, the product will remain at the disposal of the customer in our store. The possible re-forwarding expenses will be invoiced at the customer.

TIMES, RETURNS, LITIGATIONS, DISPUTES
The expenses of delivery are discharged to the post office or to conveyor with the name of the Customer. In theory, our orders are delivered within a time varying from 24 hours to 15 days, however, depending on our delivery partners (UPS, Belgian post network), Maison TASSET sprl cannot guarantee this time given as an indication. House TASSET sprl highly recommends to its customers to check their package in the presence of the deliveryman. In the event of product or package damages, the customer must carry it on the deliveryman's reception document. If the goods are not delivered, the customer is requested to inform our Sales department within a 4 weeks deadline after having placed his order.

DELAY AND NON-PAYMENT
If the customer does not pay the invoice or a part of it, we reserve ourselves the right, with or without opinion, to suspend any delivery with the customer, as long as the payment has not been executed or regulated. In case of legal procedures, the customer will support all the expenses engaged by us for the covering of the sums due. As an express convention, the non-payment at the deadline will cause, on one hand, the immediate current liability on of all remaining amount, whatever the initial payment terms planned, and on the other hand, as a penalty clause, an allowance equal to 15 % of the due amount, in addition to the legal interests and the possible costs of proceedings.

RESERVE OF PROPERTY
We preserve the property of the goods sold until the effective payment of the entire amount. The non-payment of an unspecified expiry can lead to claims and goods return. This provision does not take into account the transfer to the Customer from our warehouse, of the risks of loss and deterioration of the sold goods, as of the damage which they could cause. Pursuant to the legal provisions, the sold goods remain our property until complete payment of the price and its accessories.

COPYRIGHTS
Any representation or reproduction, even partial, made without the authorisation of the author, of its having rights or TASSET sprl is illegal.

GUARANTEE
The minimal warranty period on all products is 2 years (beginning at the invoicing date). The guarantees exceeding this period are clearly indicated on the invoice concerned and are deeply related to this particular product. Your invoice or sales ticket proves this guarantee. Possible complaints must be sent by written at Maison TASSET sprl at the latest 14 days after the reception date of the material at the Customer's. At the end of this period, they could not be allowed more. Any complaint will have to handle details on the use of the article and the problem localisation. We reserve ourselves the right, either to replace the defect article, either to repair it, or to establish a ticket equal to the invoiced price (for next purchases). The contract guarantee is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective parts. In the case of abnormal wear related to negligence, an abnormal use or a permissive waste due to the customer, our guarantee will not work. The replacement of the parts or the article and the execution of the guarantee do not result in to prolong the duration specified under the above conditions. Any intervention not-in conformity with a normal use by any person not entitled by our services cancels the guarantees.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This guarantee excludes any other guarantee express or tacit including very guaranteed implicit that the products are appropriate for a particular application. Maison TASSET sprl is not responsible for the damage resulting directly or indirectly from a use of the products sold, including the damage with the Property and within the limit authorized by the Law, the body damages.

CUSTOMS
Maison TASSET is not responsible for planning or calculating any customs or foreign taxes that would be claimed upon delivery by custom services for countries outside the European Union. However, during the on-line buying process on our web site, the included Belgian VAT/tax will be removed from payment for all orders shipped outside the European Union.

DISPUTE
In the case of any contest, only the Commercial court of Liege is competent, our acceptances of payment do not constitute either novation or infringement in the attributive clause of this jurisdiction, even in case of appeal in guarantee or of defendants' plurality.
