Long time students of preeminent teacher and performer Arnold Jacobs, the Canadian Brass re-created his original tuba mouthpiece.  The new solo model has all the same qualities as the original model (robust and deep) but is just a little bit "brighter" sounding. Attacks can be seemingly sharper and high range is slightly easier and quicker.  This mouthpiece has a deep cup and large throat diameter - designed for professional players capable of full breath-support.
